    This is totally unacceptable. I have not had VPN in probably a week
    and even then it has been fits and starts. I am a teacher and I desperately
    need to get onto google. What can you do to fix this problem?
    We will be coming back to the USA this summer and when we return to
    China in the fall we will definitely NOT be using Pure VPN. Our account is probably
    in my husband's name Roland Johnson

    THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. I am a teacher in China and desperately need my VPN. For days now there has been firtually no VPN. Once in a while it pops on but rarely. I am in a fury. I will be changing companies as soon as I can.
