    I have been using pure VPN this year while living in China, and overall it has been a bad experience. I rarely have a reliable connection that will last for more than 10 minutes, and half the time it won't even connect. I commend the 24/7 support, and they have been prompt and helpful. However, the solutions they find are always only temporary. So I am quite frustrated. I will be coming back to live in China one more year, but I will definitely not be using pure VPN again. I use a Mac laptop and an iPhone. My friend also uses pure VPN but does not use Apple products, so I think I need to find a VPN that works well with my Apple products.
