    Last night, Albert took me through the setup of VPN by remotely taking over my PC.
    He was so helpful and patient with me, and I thank him for that.
    Unfortunately, we could not conclude this installation.
    My PC screen was too large to show the bottom line of the program to finalise the installation.
    (Please see Albert for a better explanation).

    I offered to reduce the the resolution, but to do this, I had to restart the PC.
    So, I (we) had to terminate Albert's effort.

    So, much as I would like to keep the product, I feel it would be better to terminate PVN.
    If you have any better idea, I would appreciate your input.
    If not, would you please terminate this program immediately.
