Hello,
I reinstalled windows, and reinstalled Pure VPN. Afterwards, each attempt to connect failed.
I find this puzzling, because my first installation work fine without any problems.
I finally noticed this status message along the bottom of the screen.
After several more unsuccessful attempts to log on I noticed if I hover my mouse, just right, I can see there is an error message located along the bottom screen.
However I can find no way to read the error message. In the error message disappears after a few seconds.
The error message is long enough, where it doesn't hardly fit on my screen, and it disappears before I get a chance to study it. I was able to read bits and pieces of the message, however the error message is cryptic and it doesn't make sense to me.

Out of pure desperation I decide to double check my username and password, and it appears that I miss typed one of them, because now it works.
Typically when a logon fails because the username and password is incorrect, the user is notified in a manner by which will get the user's attention.
I find the manner that pure VPN users to communicate the cryptic and meaningless error message extremely frustrating.
This makes me worry about using software, I need to be a genius to decode simple error message that occurs because my username was typed incorrectly, how my ever going to navigate the complex nature of this software?
