Hi, I have some suggestions after using pure vpn for some time now.
1. Making the name/country/email fields mandatory in the feedback form is rather useless. Just make that optional for people who want to volunteer this information.
2. The defaults of this VPN application should be the most secure settings. Using less secure settings should be a conscious decision of the user. For example split tunneling sounds like a nice feature however, the default is that no applications use the VPN. It should be the other way around. Same for encryption. It should default to the highest setting.
3. To change certain options I have to disconnect from the VPN service. Why can't the application do this automatically ?
4. I would love to have a list with favourite servers/purpose. The list of servers is huge (which is good) but sometimes I want to switch and it's quite annoying to quickly find the correct server. Also in this case, why do I have to disconnect first?
I'm writing this message in the customer feedback form inside the pure vpn application and it ends up in some public forum. WHAT THE FUCK? You are providing a security service, what's wrong with you? People have been posting their name/email and even credentials for the whole world to see.
