    I am connected to WiFi, I am connected to Purevpn. I cannot send emails, chat on facebook,use youtube or access any of the sites this software is to provide acess.

    We need to fix these problems.

    I paid for a premium year subscription. I service is not working as offered.

    I am very disappointed with this product. spent my entire day off attempting to complete urgent business matters in US. Emails unsent, cannot logon to sites: facebook. login password was not working. I am logged in to wifi and puevpn and cannot readily access information I need. Your advertisement to be used in China is not ture!

    I have limited acess to internet/wifi. It is important that I can use your services. I received an email from purevpn with new login information. I have been trying login with no sucdess. Today is my day off work and I could not accomplish very important business. This is my fourth email. I am unable to go live chat. Pls help asap! Thank you

    I purchased purevpn in the US. I am now in China working until 07/10/2015. My puevpn valid until 04/19/2016. I am having problems logging on. pls advise. Pls confirm my username name and password. thank you
