    File Sharing is very slow and choppy ....
    Sometimes comes down to a halt and never picks up
    Have tried on Linux, Mac OS and attempted multiple of the vpn server addresses.
    It seems to start OK then slowly dies down.
    This is just not acceptable. My ISP bandwidth is 50 Mbps down and I can hardly download anything wih the speeds I obtain

    A very unsatisfied customer - thinking of a refund at the moment
