    Its not accepting my password, and hence I cannot log on on my macbook (after you press connect you get the password box)

    1. When i log on i now get a 2nd pop up for username & password. I put my password in but it says incorrect. Please confirm my login details.

    2. I need to pay my annual bill but as i'm in the UAE I cannot log into your website to pay. (see above re using vpn)
