    this isn't working for me i would like my money back

    the username and password are unnecessarily complex - i'll never remember them

    the interface is holy and old (no autocomplete in the field for this feedback form for example)

    i can't seem to connect more than 1/2 the time I try

    when I browse websites while connected, it looks like it is rerouting through other sites

    I had to reboot my router because my internet speed went to 10% of what it should be and I think it was from after using this

    I've used express VPN and for the extra $50 at least I know it works
