    PUREVPN.COM is now nothing but a joke. Nothing is coming through at all and there is none of the following:
    1. working emails via Yahoo, Google or even MS Outlook
    2. Customer service replies

    Basically after giving you several chances and wishing positives thoughts a plenty it is time to give up.

    Return my money paid and be lucky that I'm not seeking compensation for heartache as I have been unable to connect with UK to speak to family either!

    The connection is now so bad that I can't even go to the live connection. I really think that the time has come for a refund. If you look back at the short time I have had Pure, it hasn't been a good experience and now I'm not receiving answers to my questions and today haven't been able to connect my questions to you. No live support either.
    Please cancel and refund my monies paid, I hate to say but Astrill was slightly more reliable.

    Is there anyway to speed up my signal. I have 30MB here in China but only running at 0.27MB max.
    Really frustrating so would appreciate any help.

    I have been having dreadful problems logging in and I have to reinstall PUREVPN every time I open the computer.

    Anyway, I have paid for 30M speed but have noted that I'm receiving 0.03M on average. Is there something I can do to speed everything up?

    I have had a nightmare time trying to install PUREVPN as my computer needed a System Restore. For some reason I am receiving emails from all and sundry including Spam but nothing is getting through from PUREVPN.

    I have made contact with you from my home and school computers using two different addresses on both. Also using the PASSWORD FORGOT key as well as the LIVELINE.

    All to no avail.

    I then had a moment of lucidity and reinstalled PUREVPN. My computer informed me it was already on but it does now seem to be on.

    I was talking earlier with the amazingly patient Albert. unfortunately the system went down and we were not sorted. He spent over two hours talking us through getting Pure VPN onto son's ipad. Going to retry tomorrow.
    Albert was wonderful.
