    hello. I am using the software on both PC and Mac. For PC, the software works great and the user interface is nicely designed. On the Mac, however, the user interface is lacking. My main concern with the interface is that I cannot tell if the software is running in the background as there is no icon or symbol--either in the dock or in the taskbar--to show that it is running. Can you fix this on the Mac software? Regards.
