My 12 months subscription is up for renewal in 1 week. I have to say that I will not be renewing with you.
Your sevice is basically unusable from China. (I'm in Shanghai).
It's so slow no matter which country I'm connecting to, be it HK, KOR, TW. Once in a while, I need to connect to US servers to watch some sports.
Well, let's just say it doesn't even connect most of the time.
This past few days, I've been trying Astrill. Although they're a little bit more expensive, their service is more usable.
Unless you can convince me to stay with you in the next week. I'm out and will recommend others to go as well.
