    Dear Sir/ Madam,

    I'm having problem accessing various websites while using the vpn - it seems to be becoming increasingly unreliable.
    Google, facebook and youtube are all showing to me as unavailable despite being connected to a US or Hong Kong server.
    Is there anything you can suggest to improves this?
