    I strongly urge you to take immediate steps to improve your method of payment security
    procedures, so persons like myself do not have to suffer as a result of a poorly thought
    out system that has proven itself to be flawed and open to intrusion by unscrupulous
    people. At this point in time I have already been deprived of the use of my email because
    of this, and have suffered much inconvenience as a result.

    If my VPN is not up and running by tomorrow morning, I will have no choice but to
    ask for a full refund, and to seek a more reliable VPN system from another vendor.
