Dear Sir,
My VPN is due for renewal and unfortunately, for the last week I have had a combination of no internet, combined with a computer failure. These issues have now been sorted out and I can now renew my subscription.
I started a dialogue with somebody from your office last week but for the life of me, I can't find the messages to reply directly, so I am starting over once again.
Please let me know what I have to do to pay and renew my subscription.
