    Refer to the above e-mail. The information given in the email is of not much use in China as without VPN one cannot connect to most of sites including yours so refering to your website for further information is pointless. please provide point by poit instruction on how to set up VPN for Mac keeping in mind that we CANNOT access the web BEFORE setting up VPN. This e-mail is written from a GUI called PureVPNClient downloaded on initial opening of the account. It seems to work sometimes but very erraticaly and the behaviour is suspect.
