Stationed in China I find your vpn service to be an utter scam and the worst vpn service I have encountered. I have tried at least 6 companies! Purevpn turns on and disconnects and then on and it disconnets and then on and then it disconnects. And guess what happenened after that, it disconnects!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And is has way too much tech talk!!! I'm not an expert nor am I a novice to this but I just need a vpn to provide a service that other companies provide with much faster and easier on and off buttons for internet access in China. And is there a reason that purevpn has to have different user names and passwords for each user. It's unneccssary and a waste of precious time and money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What a joke!!!!!!!!!!! I take exception to the fact that I can't even check my email to see your feedback and it says I am connected. Thank you so much for ruining my day. An appropriate and simple explanation for a highly dissatisfied customer would be most welcome. But since pure vpn won't work even when it is connected I guess I'll be using astrill to read your reply. Sad!! Get it worked out!!! You surely can do better than this staus quo!!
