    I have renewed my PureVPN using credit card and received acknowledgement over 30 hours ago.
    The vpn was expired but now I cannot open it.

    What is the procedure for resetting an expired vpn account?

    I have been offline from vpn for over 1 week. Blockage occurs using my smartphone, tablet and laptop computer.

    It is now 2 days without a response from you. I have subscribed to your annual vpn in Hong Kong. That was 8 days ago. Now that I am in China, my Android phone and Nexus tablet cannot go beyond the app portion "waiting for server reply". What is the problem and how can I correct it?

    I have subscribed to your vpn annual package for over 7 days. I first subscribed while in Hong Kong and downloaded apps for my Android phone and Nexus tablet. Since returning to China, the apps are not able to be opened. If so, they get stuck at "waiting for server reply" stage. I am waiting for your suggestions to get around the China firewall.
