Last week, I requested a refund of my subscription due to locking me out of the
account, not even one day after I started using the account, due to what you called
some spamming or unacceptable behavior from my account, which was not
even related to my email, but possibly to the IP address belonging to the hotel
where I was staying at in Europe.
I had not heard back from anyone on this, one more time proving there is no
customer service to speak of coming out of your company. Since I have not been
able to use the services I paid for, I am requesting that the money I paid for a
one-year subscription be refunded to my payment account.
