    I have experienced great problems and wasted several hours in trying to set up my purevpn connection etc.
    I am a new subscriber (November 15, 2014) and wanted to be able to use BBC iPlayer TV using purevpn.
    I have paid 49.95 USD and hhave been told today by NcKenzie (your online Service Agent to delete all purvpn programs !!
    This follows many hours with various of your online agents requiring details of
    Protocol etc.Finally I could not connect to purevpn because of the stated error :
    VPN 2146762481 exception of type DotRas.Ras Dial exception was thrown.
    I was then told to delete the purevpn installation ! and re-install.

    I am not a comuter expert and these detailed requirements are not
    appreciated for a simple purchase of your system. I am very disappointed .
