    Hi. I have only just subscribed to your servce, but already i am finding it very user unfriendly.
    I have down loaded the soft ware and fin dthis very confusing.
    the live chat is very long winded, as i am sure she is chatting to more than my self, he is not under standing parts that i say.
    your email support is very slow.
    you need to work on things like talking to custamers without useing jargan . we are not all computer tech's.. how do i know im contected to your service and protected. very dissapointed with this service ...
