    Since I made my subscribtion I have not had one single day with high speed. Following your supports suggestions do not resolve the speed issue. Only issue that they have been able to resolve was the connection issue by disableing security when I was using Android devices. Strange enough it works without issue from Windows without disableing security. Opening the ports that is used will not give give any connection. Youl properly say this is a configuration issue which I can approve. But I can in no way accept that only information about what to set is opening ports. This just confirm that there are missing information to get it to run.
    Now I simply got tiered of strugleing around with PureVPN and started using ny old VPN provider BeeVPN. Using BeeVPN everything works without issues. I even have a fair speed.

    Your VPN has simply been the worst experince I have ever had using a VPN connection.

    As you might already guess I am a very dissatisfied customer who feel cheated as you are stating you are the best VPN provider. I payed for one year subscribtion and have not have one single day where I am satisfied.

    I simply require to get the money back. Keep what it have been costing for the useless time I had my subscribtion but give me a refund for the rest of the one year subscribtion.
