    Your connections recently from China to anywhere in the world have been incredibly slow and unreliable. Is there anything being done to address this?

    I moved here to China two weeks ago, and have been using PureVPN since I moved here. I am hoping you can please assist me in getting the most out of your service. It has been unusably slow for file downloads, streaming content, and communication software. Also, it drops out often, and often does not allow me to connect. I am dissatisfied with the service, and will leave if you are unable to resolve these persistent issues.
