When pure VPN connection receives a message: my actual IP is (80.229.218.71) and given by Pure is (199.193.78.104 - online streaming Hulu. But the example I can't go through regional blockade imposed by USA/Hulu denied access to films

Hi,
I have a problem: I can not watch Hulu TV stream from the USA because this site recognize my physical locations. Although my static IP address (80.229.218.71) is changed to the IP 209.200.22.152 but is detected by Hulu external web as the USA and the transmission is stopped. What is the output of this situation? Earlier experience with another VPN were positive, but not with Pure VPN. Please help and solve the problem.
