    Hello, I run into something strange. If I configure pure vpn to be in the Netherlands, I get an IP address that is based in the Netherlands. I can see tv broadcasts that are limited tio NL, all is perfect. However.....if I configure to be in France, my IP adress atteibuted 5.196.114.54 gets as range location Germany IP owner Ovh Sas with an adress in France, the IP range however is in Germany! So blocked content for France remains blocked, what can be done to have a French IP address (other then live in France)
