    Having bought your product the installation upon Windows 7 desktop was easy and intuitive.
    I really wanted it for my Toshiba Netbook for when I travel. Installationhas failed despite the massive number of instructions for Windows XP. I even installed LINUX and still failed.
    However - I have Hotspot Shield on the Windows XP. It installed itself just like your product on Windows 7.
    I am afarid I have spent too much time trying to do the simplest thing - install your product. Judging from the enquiries on the internet I am not unique here - far from it.

    I know you have a 3 day money back policy - hardly enough time to try and fail to download the product is it?
