    Dear Admin,

    I am writing this feedback because my account was blocked while I'm
    travelling out of my home country.
    You must have another system of verifying before blocking an account.
    I am very disappointed with your service which I require because of my
    frequent travel out of my home country.
    Now I'm in Indonesia and the particular network block lots of sites even my
    home country news sites.
    You just shouldn't block without verifying.
    I might have to subscribe to another vpn after this fiasco.
