Dear VPN,
it is more than three weeks that I am trying to connect but ther is an issue with my account ditails.
I wrote and recieved many emails but the problem is not solved yet.
I had the same problem one month before but in this case your tecnichians solved the issue at the first try.
I paid for one year service, but since now I lost about one month for some issues concerning with access.
I am not satisfied about your service and if my problem will not be solved soon or if, once solved, the same problem will persist monthly again and again, I don't have choise than to cancel my subscription.
