    I'm terminating my account with purevpn. you have long been unable to fulfill your obligations and despite several notes to you, the service remains unusable.
    i also note that you have been trying to renew my account. at no time did i realise that i was joining a renewable membership. let me repeat, you are not authorised to renew my account. you services are insufficient for my use. thank you

    your vpn continue to suck guys. extremely unreliable. even if i get on, i'm knocked of within 30 seconds. yes, you read that right. 30 seconds.
    it continues to say i'm on, but nothing moves, no connections can be made. i'm paying for virtually nothing.
