    Hi. Your servers do not work in China and get easiy disconnected when it works.
    I already used vlap ptoservers sent to me many times.
    Pls send me new ones for US, UK or Canada servers. Thanks.

    Your servers connecting from China are very slow ! I use vlap-usga1.ptosever.com. Cannot connect to usca1,,,...
    The countrty choices do not work. Pls send me list of other servers to use manually.

    The US servers are not working in China. I tried vlap-usga1 and abc1.ptoserver.com. And theUS dropdown choice also does not work.
    Pls send other US server links to my email joya81@gmail.com. I am a current user.
    I urgently need a US server for my work .

    Your USA servers do not work under Dropdown and even manually - usca1.ptoserver.com and us1.ptoserver.com.
    Pls send me US server links as I need US access. I have been a customer for over 4 years.
    I am based in China where vpn access is heavily guarded.

    HELP! Your VPN cannot be accessed from desktop nor iphone from China since 6 hours ago. Live chat is also not connecting. Pls advise what the problem is. Thanks.

    Do you have other clients in China complaining about very slow connection to all servers in Windows desktop version?
    It has become ridiculous. I already followed the tips (choosing PPTP, etc, choosing nearest country, etc).
    I am about to check out other vpn providers though I have used you for 2 years now.

    I just want to report that I cannot watch ABC videos (a US tv station) using US server because it says I am not in that region. It seems they know that I am using a vpn. It was not like that before.
    The same problem occurs when using Canada server. I cannot watch CTV tv videos (a Canada station) because it says I am outside the region.

    t was better before when we had several choices on servers for US and Canada.
    Now it is choosing the fastest server in each country and it is really slow.
