    Please tell me how I would get a refund. Have not been able to consistently sign up using a Canadian IP in 5 days of trying. We were able to watch CBC News once out of 20 tries. British IP works fine. I am still working on fixing it but running out of time. I am a Canadian in Canada but my server is US because of our remote location near US boarder with Canada.
