    Dear sir/madame,

    Today I installed PureVPN. I wanted to see a football match. Pure VPN did work because I didn't receive the usual
    message that I couldn't see the match. But the screen stayed black, if as the connection was too slow

    I thought that my internet connection would be boosted up to 20 mbs with Pure VPN
