I'm attempting to connect to pureVPN. I get a message that shows only the first
line and then disappears in a few seconds that says something to the effect that
there may be a firewall between my computer(?) and the server(?). First, why isn't
the full message displayed and left up? Second, what do I do to remove the obstacle?
