Dear PureVPN team,
I've been one of your happy customers for almost two years, mainly using Italian servers (it.pointtoserver.com, it-po.pointtoserver.com) for streaming purposes. However, in the last weeks I'm experiencing a degradation of your service, as the quality of the streaming has became not even acceptable.
In addition, there should be some DNS error that prevents me to use vlus-it.pointtoserver.com.
My internet provider gives me 90Mbs for both down and upload.
Please solve these issues or I will move to a different VPN service.
