I have your service entered on my router and this window seems to only be applicable to pc connections. When I hit Connect on this I get a message saying "DNS has changed since last connected; to secure DNS restart with Administrator rights and then press Connect". Your chat person, Dmitry, told me that when I'm accessing on the router I don't need to connect from my desktop. How then do I save my settings? This dashboard doesn't show up on your website where I'm logged in automatically.
Some comments re your website:
1) Your Livechat function is the worst I've ever used...seems I can't toggle between that screen and your website or my logged in screen as Administrator; when I'm trying to follow your Chat person's directions I get disconnected.
1a) Seems I can't access my account information without contacting your chat person which can take some time. Why not? Why should I be subjected to that time consuming and frustrating process when I've logged in?
2) The person at the other end of the live chat leaves a lot to be desired, requiring information to be entered multiple times before "getting it"
3) The "?" hover on your website doesn't hover long enough to allow the information to be read
4) Your home page after log in offers a Message to "Open VPN Users" about the HeartBleed patches etc. As a new user with access to your service vice my router I had no idea that this did not apply to me. AGAIN I had to go through the agonzing Chat process to find out that I didn't need to download them or, indeed to download the Open VPN software. You could have saved me a lot of time by making that clear.
