I have yet to detect any signs of life on that end when attempting to contact your elusive "tech support" (so I'm trying the 'feedback' feature). Currently I'm unable to even login to PureVPN despite using the same username/password used from time of initial registration: 'VPN Connection' (popup) "Authentification Failed"... and I'm paying for this crap service?!?
