    youre service is absolutely appalling. within 10 minutes of using your service on my ipad, it desconnects telling me ppp server is unreachable.\\what am i actually paying for if i cannot utilise this product?
    would appreciate some feedback but doubt i will ever hear from your 'customer service rep'.
