    Hi there
    I'd like to start by saying that I'm generally satisfied with the service you provide.
    However, I see that Plimus, the company which handles your billing, is charging
    me for a couple of add on services which I clicked on from the control panel out
    of curiosity. These services then immediately appeared in my account settings as
    being due for payment, without any warning. I think this is rasther an aggressive
    way of doing business.

    I'd like to make it clear that should I choose to renew my subscription, I don't want
    any of the add on services, such as veery high bandwidth and the NTS firewall.
