    I am still experiencing spontaneous losses of the connection. This is not a good VPN. Is it too late to get some kind of refund and cancel this?

    I am not sure about my answer to the "package using" question, but I wrote to you a little over a week ago and I am still experiencing numerous disconnections using this VPN. I am not happy at all with this service. I live and work in China.

    I am a US citizen living and working in China. This VPN does not work well here. It randomly and frequently disconnects. I am not pleased with this VPN.
