Hi,
I wrote earlier to request for withdrawal or cancellation of my account, but was replied with a message that I am not able to as I have expired the trial period.
Well then I tried to log on to Pure VPN, assuming that I am able to since my account was not cancelled.
However, I am not able to log in to it.
I can't manage my bill payment because I need a VPN service to access the billing area.
Please tell me what to do. Am I billed for service that is not working? Has my account been cancelled?
Am I banned from using Purevpn?
Please advice.
