    I am using Purevpn in China and connected to the Singapore server using the
    PPTP protocol. (L2TP protocol fails immedicately I try to use it) and yet I still
    cannot get to facebook, use your live chat, look on your website for a list of
    alternatrive servers.

    I thought VPN, once connected, prevented these problems?
