I am trying to retrive my username and password, after talking to one of your
technitian I have decided to cancel my services and move to another provider,
your lack of hekpfulness and use of ease makes it very frustrating. and the instructions given by the tech on a system that doesn work is incredible.
YOu should have as any other provider has FORGOT USERNAME, FORGOT PASSOWORD
Automated system, temp credentials and no angry customer.

Please login to the client area and check your emails for account details email.
1- Login to the client area http://billing.purevpn.com/clientarea.php
2- Go to my account details
3- At the right side you can see "Quick Navigation" option
4- Under that option you will find "My Email"
5- Click on "My Email"
6- Check your account details email for username and password

THe first rule of costumer service is to at least have the user be able to retrieve his creds.

in order to cancel the service you need to access the client area, client area is facing error code 15 therefore we are trying to fix this

and there is no way for a technitian to reset or email temp creds to the email address on file, like any other service does? MS, Google, should I keep going?
