I've got an email from enquiry@purevpn.com where I was told that I need to send a scanned copy of Credit Card with everything blacked out except for the last 4 digit. I don't understand why purevpn needs this. In additioin, my id is now blocked.
I feel strongly uncomfortable with this. I've paid for an year which started on Jan 3 2014. I want the service back.
For your informatioin, I open travel to Rwanda for business and use the service from there. If purevpn thought it suspicious that I logged in from Rwanda and then South Korea, please count in that your subscribers do travel the world.
