    When I try to connect it says that my username and password are not recognized. I recently moved my computer to another location, so how does that change my usernam and password

    I am at my cottage computer on which I had installed pure Vpn some time ago.
    either something has changed with the username and password, as it gives me the "username and password" don't match.
    The username I have there is purevpn0s96504. Could you please email me the password
