    hello, ive received an email saying that pureVPN has disabled my account
    because im conected from a hard risk region,
    right now i cant use my account.
    it says on the email that i should purchase a new account, which im not going
    to do.
    please could you please fix this problem and enable my account
    as soon as posiible.

    obviously the email sounds fake. this is the second time it gappes so would you please work on that,
    otherwise ill have to cancel my suscription with pure VPn.
