    Hi. I cannot connect to my vpn. It is saying that my username and password
    is wrong. This is the case on my phone and pc. Please get back to me asap. I have
    no access to important work while I cannot access the VPN in China.

    HI

    I have been using your service for almost 2 years now. At times the service has
    not been great but I have been satisfied that I can get on facebook despite slow
    loading in China. However, today I have tried connecting to via a number of IP's
    using the SSTP protocol. The service is broken. It takes 5 minutes to load a
    facebook page. My renewal is soon and my friends on Astral have recommended
    that I switch as they never have these problems.

    Thanks for your service but it may be time to cancel my subscription if the situation does not
    improve.
