    your service haven't been supporting youtube for a few months now.... what's going on?? :( I can't watch youtube anymore.

    I can now dl the software on my work computer and use it, but my home computer that's using Vista completely cannot even open the .exe file.
    It's just a real hassel having to manual connect every single time!!!
    PLEASE have your tech fix whatever the problem is or help me solve it (instead of just telling me to manuaklly connect using the guide) because I would
    like to use the software to connect, it's much easier.

    I did everything. I even went into my bios and tried to fix the problem myself and to no use.
