    I wrote to you over the weekend explaining that I was having problems with my MAC since I installed your software.

    My IT depatment have said I should remove your software as it must be causing some issues.

    How do I get my money back from you?

    I bought and installed the sofware last week and since then my MAC runs slow and sometimes freezes.

    Have you had this before and is there a fix?

    My MAC is only 1 year old and all the updates are current.
