    Dear PureVPN Tech team.

    I'm quite happy with the service you offer, BUT after reading this article I'm not so sure anymore if I'm using the best tool available.

    With reference to this article (http://www.eecs.qmul.ac.uk/~hamed/papers/PETS2015VPN.pdf) I'd like to get a statement from your end about the steps taken to fix this issue (feel free to include a timeline) so I dont need to look for alternatives.
