i am really unhappy the VPN connection works fine during the day but in the
evenings, the rates drop constantly- so we cannot watch anything. I am paying
for a full service and am not getting a full service. I constantly change the
protocol/ server and this makes no difference. I am trying to access UK tv from
the USA.
I complained about this on live support and no solution was offered- i was told that
things will get better in the future- how will this help me now? Very unhappy and
not satisfied.
